I am happy to share some of the achievements of 3x Capital from the last year that I am proud of, as well as some plans for 2023.
It was a challenging year as most of the core team members are from Ukraine. But what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger according to Nietzsche. So we worked hard to invest, launch our products, and help fellow brave Ukrainians.
Let’s break it down.
Overall, we have made tremendous progress in the past year and are determined to continue our mission of making a positive impact in the year to come.

- In the past year, we’ve supported 11 projects as node validators.
- Our team has grown significantly, with more than 10 new team members and venture partners joining us to help expand our capabilities and reach.
- We have been highly active in terms of content creation, publishing a total of 79 articles on Medium.
- Additionally, to stay up to date with the latest trends, our team has attended a dozen of events. Some of the most fun and full of meaningful connections were NearCON, GITEX, World Of Web3, and WebSummit, with a myriad of side events.
- Last but not least, we’ve been active on the volunteer front having $44k worth of support provided in partnership with various partners. We furnished the needed stuff to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and donated to well-known charity funds, such as United24, Unchain, Tabletochki, and Turbota v dii.
Overall, we have made tremendous progress in the past year and are determined to continue our mission of making a positive impact in the year to come.

Our Goals for 2023
As the proverb says, “We plan, God laughs”. So why don’t we laugh together?
We’ve set some ambitious and far-reaching goals for the next 5 years. Still, I am confident that with hard work and dedication, we will be able to achieve them and help make Ukraine an invaders-free country with fewer people suffering.
Our primary objectives for 2023 include the following:
Our team members and I must be creative, resourceful, and driven to realize these goals in such challenging times. And I do not doubt that by focusing our efforts on these objectives, we will make a lasting impact in the world of web3 and Ukraine.

- Making 10 investments as a crypto VC fund, 15 investments with the Investment Club, and activating nodes for 20 projects.
- We are also committed to becoming advisors for 10 startups and launching 4 cohorts of educational course for web3 analysts.
- As a final motion, we plan to contribute $200k worth of support to Ukraine together with our partners.
